Sports nutritionI have two great passions in my life, sports and food. Since I was a child I was always very restless, maybe that's the reason why I need to do sports continuously. At the beginning I played soccer, and currently I practice triathlon and running. One thing I was very clear about, was that I wanted to dedicate myself to something to do with sports, and that's when I decided to unite my two passions, food and sport. Maybe having it so clear, it made everything much easier for me. I graduated in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at the UPV and I went straight to do a postgraduate course in sports nutrition in Barcelona: 'Nutrition and Dietetics applied to physical activity and sport'. It has been years since then and since then I have not stopped from taking courses and attending congresses as a listener, to being the one who gives courses and lectures. In conclusion, I can dedicate myself to what I like and I try to let people enjoy doing what they like the most.
