There are three ways to share:
Before the run.
Before going out for a run, the runner can post a photo either showing off their gear or about to go out for a race... Photos posted on Facebook that receive "Likes" play769 sounds in real time to motivate the runner.
During the race
The new Auto-Pause makes it easy for the user to stop training, take a photo to share769 and then resume the race.

769 a race is the preferred time for runners to share their experience with friends and followers on social networks.
