Tinker Hatfield is one of Nikes flagship designers. Twenty-seven years ago, this innovative technician from Oregon invented a new concept in the world of sports footwear, which has remained in force for the following three decades: the creation of the first Nike Air Max model. This creation was a revolution, changing the design of footwear, which has been able to overcome the very limits of sport, and has become a cult shoe among athletes.
But, the American sports equipment and accessories giant is planning to increase the Nike Air Max family this coming spring 2015.
The new member will be the Nike Air Max 1 Ultra Moire, a new breath of fresh air. And is that this new model brings with it a completely renewed sole. Although comparisons are odious, with respect to the original outsole, the Ultra Moire uses less material, which translates into a significant improvement in terms of flexibility and lightness.
Also on the outsole sits a one-piece synthetic leather upper with laser perforations, inspired by the Nike Air Zoom Moire+ from 2006, the first Nike sneakers.
The new Nike Air Max 1 Ultra Moire is now available at Nike Sportswear . Here are a few photos of this new running shoe.
