It's going to be 4 very exciting days in the Top4Running x Adidas Paris Challenge. Top4Running x Adidas Paris Challenge: Day 1
The day dawned cool in Paris, but perfect for running. At 8am, the city was still waking up when a group of runners, influencers were already gathered around the Top4Running tent, ready to kick off a unique experience: the Top4Running x Adidas Paris Challenge. Four days, four races, and a chance to test some of the best Adidas shoes on the market, all while running through one of the most iconic cities.
As soon as we arrived, we noticed that there was a lot of energy in the crowd. Amaia Cabezudo and I came from RUNNEA. It was not just about running, but about sharing the passion for running in an environment designed to bring out the best in each participant. Before starting the race, there was time to prepare the details that would make the day something special.
One of the highlights was the customization of Adidas T-shirts with stickers, an activity that allowed each runner to add their own personal touch to their outfit. Alongside this, a braiding station added a touch of style, ensuring that everyone was not only ready to run, but also ready to run in style.
Adidas Supernova Rise: the perfect companion for an "easy run".
Before hitting the streets, we had the opportunity to try out the Adidas Supernova Rise, a shoe that promises a perfect balance between cushioning and responsiveness. This model has been designed with those runners who are looking for a versatile shoe in mind, able to offer comfort in daily workouts without sacrificing performance.
What makes the Supernova Rise special? The key is its dual-density midsole, which combines the familiar Boost foam with EVA. This combo offers a soft underfoot, ideal for absorbing impact from the pavement, while the mesh upper ensures that the foot breathes, keeping it cool even when the run gets longer.
On this first day, the run took us along the Seine, one of Paris' most iconic routes. With the Supernova Rise on our feet, the 5 kilometers were very comfortable, it's a perfect shoe for easy paced runs. The stability they offered and the cushioning capacity to absorb each step made the experience pleasant, but also efficient. Perfect for those days when you want to run at a leisurely pace, enjoying the environment.
Adidas Ultraboost 5X: cutting-edge technology at the service of performance
But if anything really marked the day, it was the opportunity to try the Adidas Ultraboost 5X, the latest jewel in the crown of the Ultraboost line. Known for their energy return capabilities, these shoes promise - and deliver - a running experience that borders on exceptional.

Impressions during the "easy run": Running in the Ultraboost 5X was a joy. They are very light and I loved the cushioning and reactivity of the model. In addition, the adaptability of the Primeknit and the firm support in the heel helps you to make each step firm, but soft, allowing you to maintain a steady pace without feeling the wear and tear.
A course with a view and a rewarding finish
Today's run was not only a running shoes test, but also an opportunity to enjoy some of the best views Paris has to offer. Running along the Seine, with the Eiffel Tower looming on the horizon and the hustle and bustle of the city, was an experience we'll never forget.
Upon returning to the Top4Running tent, a well-deserved breakfast awaited us. It was the perfect end to an active morning, a time to recharge and share our first impressions of the shoes and the overall experience. There was a sense of good vibes in the air, the kind you only find when you share a common passion.
This first day of the Top4Running x Adidas Paris Challenge has been spectacular, and we couldn't be more excited for what the next few days have in store. The shoes have proven to be up to the challenge, and we're ready to continue exploring the best of Adidas over the next few days.
