After more than half a year of this 2024, we have to admit that the running shoes market is bringing us very interesting things. I think there are 2 clear trends in what running shoes for asphalt is concerned. On the one hand, the search for comfort and convenience. All brands are launching models in which good sensations are a priority. And on the other hand follows the trend of carbon plates. Shoes for both racing and training and that increasingly reach more types of runners and not only the most experienced or more top.

Don't get mad at me if one of your favorite models is missing. This is a personal selection debated in the RUNNEA coffees with other colleagues of the editorial staff. But your opinion is also important to us, so if you also have your favorite shoe launched in this 2024 let us know in the comments at the end of the article. Anyway, if you are not convinced by any of our options, you can always try our artificial intelligence running shoes recommender (trained by RUNNEA).
