Not only do these runners have incredible talent and appreciation for their sport, but also a passion to share their love for running with others. These influencers have collected a strong fan base through their talents along with their ability to spread the joy of running.

It would be near impossible to write about all of the incredible running Instagrammers who promote a positive message in a single article. Therefore, we settled on using our top 11 United Kingdom's influential social media runners.

Dina Asher-Smith

At the age of 27 Dina has competed in the Olympics and won multiple medals through numerous races and events. Dina held the title as the first Briton to win three medals at the world championships. After facing a hamstring injury Dina makes her way back to the track. Matilda is a long distance runner who sets out to encourage women and women of color to be introduced to the world of running through a safe collaborative group called Fly Girl Collective. Zac Shaw

Derek is an international Paralympic runner.In 2010, Derek was in a horrible motorcycle accident which resulted in a brachial plexus injury..
