RUNNEA has had the opportunity to travel to Dongguan (China) to visit Huawei's largest innovation center: Health Lab with a total of 4,680 square meters. The visit is promising because we are talking about a space where the brand's wearebles are tested and evolve, such as its best-selling smartwaches, which are giving a lot to talk about.

Moreover, first hand, we have been able to test for example the efficiency of Huawei devices in comparison with other brands in the market. Just one detail, the wrist heart rate measurement of one of its smart watches that is about to be launched on the market, equaled the measurements of the Polar H10 chest strap. And it is not a fact that we have been told, it is that we have tested it ourselves.

Huawei wearables, the RUNNEA selection

Speaking of smart devices for health, wellness and sport from Huawei, our RUNNEA Team members have had the opportunity to test some of these latest generation smartwatches, among which we highlight:

From data to practical innovation

From data to practical innovation

The lab has already collected an impressive amount of data: this year alone, it has captured the equivalent of 192,500 kilometers of running data, which is equivalent to more than four laps around the equator. This data is fundamental to the development of the more than 100 training modes now offered by Huawei wearables, from running or trail running to climbing or golf.

Huawei Health Lab, incubator of innovative user experiences

Beyond all the pure research processes, the new Health Lab also has another attractive aspect such as the fact that it is presented to the public as an incubator for innovative user experiences. In this way it seeks a 100% immersive experience, where visitors have the opportunity to try out microphysical exams, home fitness systems and digital sports, all using Huaweis latest wearable products.

With more than 5 million users participating in the Huawei Research Program and 320 million benefiting from its health and fitness services, the company also remains steadfast in its commitment to user privacy. Huawei ensures that no user data is shared with third parties without explicit consent, setting a rigorous standard of security and privacy for all its ecosystem partners.

With this new technological and innovation proposal, Huawei has the firm purpose of making your fitness and wellness care more intuitive, accurate and personalized than ever before. This means that the Chinese brand wants to put at your fingertips the same technology used by elite athletes to optimize their sports performance. At RUNNEA, we can attest that with Huaweis wearables, this new milestone is now a reality. Huawei offers you the necessary means to be part of this digital health revolution. It's up to you to discover the experience promised by Huawei's next-generation devices, backed by Health Lab innovation, that can transform the focus of your active life, and make it easier for you to take action every new day.

And beware, don't make the mistake of thinking that Huawei is a small Chinese company. We are talking about a company with more than 200,000 employees and a presence in more than 170 countries, serving more than three billion people worldwide.
