Big surprises have taken place in this new edition of the Trinidad Alfonso Valencia Marathon 2022. Kenyan runner Kelvin Kiptum (2.01:53) and Ethiopian athlete Amane Beriso Shankule (2.14:58) have become the king and queen of the Valencian asphalt in a historic day, because they have not only won, but also consolidated the Valencian marathon race as one of the best 42 km races on the planet.
