The Nike Zoom Train Complete shoes have been designed to offer themost complete cushioning, to help us keep our feet safe and stable, without losing the agility and dynamism that is required in a wide variety of workouts.ç

Shoe design

The construction of the shoes is designed to offer security during closure; the fit is narrower in the heel area, allowing the heel to remain in place no matter what movements we make. The toe area has a wide space that allows the forefoot to move freely, but without slippage of the foot.

The upper of the shoes is made of mesh to maintain ventilation and help our feet feel comfortable throughout the training. To improve the structure and allow greater protection to the feet, some synthetic overlays have been placed in strategic points of the shoe, which also offer greater durability.

On the sides we find Flywire Cables technology, which helps to better fit the shoe, as it is directly linked to the lacing system, allowing the user to modify the closure according to their needs. The collar and tongue provide a more comfortable closure thanks to their padded materials; a mesh lining has been used on the tongue, which helps ventilation.

Midsole

The midsole of the Nike Zoom Train Complete uses two systems that help provide better cushioning. First we find a traditional EVA rubber that extends throughout the entire midsole of the shoe and provides comfort and stability that adapts to the pressure exerted by the foot in different exercises, mainly those in which weight lifting is required.

The other system is a Nike Zoom Air unit, which can be seen at a glance in the heel area. This unit allows a better response on the part of the shoe during cardio exercises in which the heels are used to impact the ground first.

Outsole

The outsoles use a rubber that offers good resistance to wear, also allowing the shoes to have excellent traction and grip on varied terrain; thanks to the characteristics of this rubber, it also performs some of the work of the shoe's cushioning.

To increase the durability of the soles, rubber reinforcements have been placed in key areas of the soles, such as the heel area or the toe section, which are more prone to abrasion.
