The company Garmin has introduced a new wearable, in the form of smart bracelet and has called Vívosmart, in order to lead a healthier lifestyle and monitor your physical exercise so you can progress. This quantifying bracelet with OLED touch screen is far superior in terms of performance compared to the other smartband of the American firm Garmin Vívofit.
With this smart bracelet you can know the number of steps, the distance you travel, calories burned in a day and, of course, the time, in addition to many other data. As if this were not enough, this wearable is able to suggest personalized daily goals so you can see your progress over time.
The new Garmin gadget designed for walking or for practicing sports such as fitness or running, among others, will remind you through a vibration that it is time to move. This wearable, which has a stopwatch function to measure the time of each activity, is compatible with heart rate monitors to record your heartbeat. In addition, it can be synchronized with speed sensors for cycling enthusiasts.
It also keeps track of sleep to analyze the actual hours you sleep, periods of movement and times of rest. Plus you won't need to keep an eye on your smartphone, because whenever you receive an email or phone call, its display will vibrate and show you the information automatically.
If you like swimming in the pool, with the Garmin Vívosmart bracelet you can do it, since it is submersible up to 5 atmospheres. According to the manufacturer, its autonomy reaches one week, it is available in five colors and in two different strap sizes to fit the wrist of any athlete.
