Adidas is also joining the smartwatch trend as Samsung did a few weeks ago. Its product is called adidas miCoach SMART RUN. The device promises to track your runs via GPS, monitor your heart rate, listen to your favorite music and receive training instructions from a single wrist device with a color touch screen.
Adidas presents a watch - heart rate monitor - gps - mp3. All in one. Without wires, straps or additional sensors. SMART RUN uses optical technology to know the heart rate from the wrist. A built-in accelerometer is able to count each step, so you can know and monitor the pace of stride. The GPS system displays and records speed, distance and route traveled; and the wireless MP3 player with Bluetooth® provides music and instructions, allowing you to avoid cumbersome wired headphones and additional audio players.
