Garmin recently released the new Garmin Instinct 2X Solar, the latest addition to the popular Instinct 2 family of rugged, uniquely designed smartwatches. The Garmin Instinct 2X Solar is designed to keep you moving through the most extreme environments with an easy-to-read display in a 50mm fiber-reinforced polymer case.

The Garmin Instinct 2X Solar is a heart rate monitor built to U.S. military standards (MIL-STD-810) and is rated for water immersion up to 10 ATM2, while also being resistant to temperature contrasts, shock, dust and features anti-scratch, chemically reinforced Power Glass.

The Garmin Instinct 2X Solar features an integrated multi-LED flashlight with variable intensities, whether for camping or running in the dark, an adjustable white or red light will illuminate the surroundings for greater visibility and situational awareness. In strobe mode, the light will match running cadence and alternate between white and red so users can be seen and take each step with confidence.
