The Veja Fitz Roy Trek-Shell is a hiking shoe that gives us great comfort and protection during our mountain hikes, of course, for terrains that are not excessively technical or with large slopes.

Veja is one of the most prominent and popular brands in the lifestyle segment, however, with this new model it approaches a different profile of athletes, while maintaining the quality of materials and technologies that characterizes them.

The brand is committed to effectively combining products quality with sustainability, as this model has high percentages of recycled material in some of the most important parts of the shoe.

The upper of the shoe features the fabric that gives the shoe its name, Trek, a very resistant and dense fabric, made entirely of recycled polyester.

The Trek is inspired by the most resistant fabrics and provides a reinforced structure, but which combines perfectly with great malleability and flexibility. The fabric is treated with a durable PFC-free water repellent that keeps feet safe from light rain or wet ground.

The shoe features T.P.U. inserts in the heel for extra protection and stability, ideal for those more uneven terrains.

Materials of natural origin are the protagonists in the midsole of the shoe, as it has a foam made with sugar cane (50%) that provides good cushioning and the insole has Amazonian rubber (12%) and sugar cane (47%).

The sole is made of rubber, with 31% of Amazonian rubber , with a design that provides maximum grip on a wide range of terrains. It should also be noted that this model includes an anti-rock plate, ideal for protecting our feet while walking on rocky terrain.
