The new version of the adidas 4dfwd is now available, a shoe that is the result of the design and innovation of the German multinational and that has represented a revolution in the market.

The adidas 4dfwd 4 is a running shoe that highlights its midsole with 4D technology manufactured by 3D digital printing, a before and after for the running shoes market.

The upper features a classic last and a textile upper that provides a precise fit of the foot inside the shoe and incredible comfort and stability while running in the shoe.

The midsole is the part of the shoe that stands out the most, because you can't always run with a 4D midsole made by 3D digital printing under your feet and that has been designed to provide good reactivity, as well as a good absorption of impacts with the ground.

The sole has been completely remodeled, being totally different from the previous version. In this version it is made with a synthetic compound that will provide less durability but more grip on smooth surfaces.

This is a shoe that adapts to runners of medium weight, even high (over 80 kilos), with a neutral stride technique and who like to run at easy paces. The middle and even long distance is where we will be able to extract the best performance from the shoe.

Regarding the technical specifications, we have to differentiate between the men's and women's versions, as they have different profiles and drops to adapt to each profile.

The men's version weighs 309 grams (size 42 3 EU) and has a high drop of 11 mm, with profiles of 30 mm in the rear and 19 mm in the front.

The women's version has a lower weight of 260 gr ams (size 38 3 EU) and a lowerdrop than the men's version, 10 mm, with profiles located at 28 mm in the rear and 18 mm in the front.
