The Adidas Questar TND is one of the many models of Running shoes that Adidas offers us in a Questar line. In this silhouette has been used a geometric effect that gives us a very interesting color design for the upper, which Adidas has called iridescent effect. The model loses in lightness compared to other Questar models, but on the other hand, it gains much more stability with the stabilizer in the heel. As most of you already know, this saga of shoes stands out for its good quality/price ratio. It is not a shoe for long distance races, nor for competitions. It has the basic Cloudfoam cushioning technology, and Ortholite insole, noted for its great aesthetic design, this shoe not only becomes a running shoe, but you can also use it for other types of activities and dress with casual looks.
For the upper we have used a mesh with great breathability and no seams. It has an acceptable comfort, with an interior very well lined with textile fabric and presents the well-known Ortholite insole. In the heel area we have a TPU heel counter, whose stabilizing function is possibly the best of all Questar shoes so far.
As in all the shoes of this saga, the technology used is the cushioning system with dual density foam Cloudfoam, which although it is not the best that Adidas has, it is perfect for the price we are going to pay to get these Questar TND. The most outstanding feature of this shoe is undoubtedly the stability, the combination of the Cloudfoam and the heel counter will allow us to run in a very stable way with perfect comfort.
It has been used a rubber sole with Adiwear system that makes it very resistant to abrasion, and as is typical of this type of sole in Adidas, it becomes a simple rubber sole with great durability.
Not only running! These shoes could be perfectly used for going for a walk, going to the gym, or any kind of activity. They look great with casual outfits. But if you decide to use them for running you should know that this shoe has a 12 mm drop and weighs approximately 280-300 grams. It is a shoe for training and short distance races, although they are comfortable they should not be used for more than 1 hour of running.
