The Brooks Defyance 6 is a mid-range neutral training shoe. It has the top of the range cushioning of Brooks, the DNA system. This technology is able to adapt to the weight and pace of each runner. Under the arch of the foot, it has a DRB Accel thermoplastic piece that provides rigidity and allows the heel and forefoot to act independently, providing support and stability. It also has the BioMoGo system that is localized and compared to the EVA that have more conventional shoes, this responds better to impacts being more comfortable and durable. It is a good option for training sessions in which comfort, fit and good cushioning are sought. They are based on the Brooks Adrenaline GTS but for neutral runners, but at a very reasonable price. The typical runner would be between 70 and 80 kg who trains long runs at average paces of around 4:50 or 5:00 m/km and who is looking for a good value for money shoe. Weight: 300 grams.
