The Brooks Dyad 8 shoes can be considered one of the best options for daily training, especially for runners with a low plantar arch who need additional support in this area, as the shoes have a platform that adapts to the plantar arch to ensure a comfortable, fluid and stable movement throughout the running cycle.

This new edition of the Dyad shoe has been optimized to provide better support forrunners who need to use orthopedic insoles or those with a flatter arch, with technologies focused on the sole of the foot, mainly in the midsection. With an upper that fits better to provide additional support and the midsole reliable and robust, these shoes offer better responsiveness throughout the running cycle.

Secure, comfortable fit

For the construction of the upper of the Brooks Dyad 8, the company has made use of materials that offer good ventilation and comfort to the foot, preventing overheating during the runs from causing discomfort to the runner. The main material used for this section of the shoe is Element Mesh, which is a mesh that allows air to easily penetrate the inside of the shoe keeping it cool.

Just below this mesh is the Element Liner, a cushioned material that gives the shoe enough comfort to be worn even without socks. The Ultimate Sock Liner provides a soft surface just above the midsole, preventing moisture buildup from perspiration and the foot from slipping inside the shoe.

BioMoGo DNA

As in other Brooks editions, BioMoGo DNA technology is incorporated into these shoes, a fusion of two technologies that allow for a more responsive shoe during the run. Thanks to these technologies, the midsole adapts to the level of cushioning that the runner needs during the race, adapting to the natural curvature of the foot. In this way, the Brooks Dyad 8 offers a customized level of cushioning for each runner.

Omega Flex Grooves is another technology that has been added to the midsole to follow the natural movements of the foot. Although this fusion of materials and compounds results in a thicker midsole than other shoes on the market, Brooks has managed to ensure that the level of flexibility of the foot during the run is not limited.

Durable soles

It is not only the midsole that has made use of a fusion of technologies, as the sole of these shoes incorporates different elements to offer superior durability, resistance and cushioning. In the heel section there is HPR Plus rubber, in the forefoot there is a material called Blown Rubber, in the midfoot the Dual Stability Arch Pod maintains arch stability by molding it in a neutral position; finally the Cush Pod Configuration focuses on cushioning and flexibility for a better transition of movement between the heel section and the midfoot.
