Brooks Ghost 10

There are few changes in the tenth installment of the Ghost family from Brooks Running, which is still well positioned in the segment of training shoes with very good cushioning for neutral runners. In fact, the Brooks Ghost 10 is on par with reference models such as the Mizuno Wave Rider 20 or the Saucony Ride 9, for example. However, it is true that they are a step below the iconic Brooks Glycerin, which have already reached their fifteenth version in the market.

So the Brooks Ghost 10 continues the line of the Brooks Ghost 10 with respect to previous editions, although with the idea of continuing to improve the runner's experience, the Brooks Ghost 10 incorporates small adjustments that are noticeable in its upper. Here, new overlays have been arranged in the midfoot area, which allow the foot to wrap around, and also provide a more secure fit. In addition, this upper of the Brooks Ghost 10 features the exclusive 3D Fit Print technology, and a seamless inner zone, which promotes a gentler and more comfortable fit.

Option for all distances

As for the rest of the features, the strengths of the Brooks Ghost 10 remain the same as those of its predecessor, the Brooks Ghost 9, with the innovative BiomoGo DNA system, which ensures a more adaptive and responsive cushioning capacity.

In the outsole, things are practically unchanged, and the combination of materials is once again used: more resistant and durable in the heel area, and softer and more cushioned in the forefoot area (Blown Rubber).

With a 12 mm drop, another aspect that does not differ from the previous model of the Ghost series, these Brooks Ghost 10 are a flexible, lightweight and very well cushioned running shoe for runners of medium weight, and suitable for covering all types of distances on asphalt.
