This daily training shoe was the first Brooks shoe produced without carbon emissions, an initiative that valor the company's commitment to achieve zero net carbon emissions by 2040.
These Running shoes burst onto the scene with new features that affect the fit and cushioning, ensuring smoother transitions. This Ghost 14 GTX version has been optimized to encourage you to go running even on wintry days with a waterproof upper that wicks moisture away from the shoe's interior.

The Ghost 14 from Brooks Running is one of the most outstanding launches of the season for neutral runners who prioritize cushioning, comfort and protection during the race. Soft and ready for any distance, they burst onto the scene with important new features such as an updated midsole for greater underfoot comfort and an improved fit thanks to the new 3D Fit pattern on the upper.
The latter interaction incorporates the company's softest cushioning, DNA LOFT compound, in 100% of the midsole. It is a resilient and lightweight foam, not too soft, that will allow you to enjoy a more natural stride.
The main difference with respect to the original version, the Brooks Ghost 14, lies in the upper construction. This waterproof version incorporates the new lightweight GORE-TEX® Invisible Fit membrane which, attached directly to the upper, provides a lighter and more flexible fit.
The outsole of this training shoe features a highly wear-resistant compound that ensures excellent grip and traction.
