This cushioning system has already been seen in iconic Brooks Running models, such as the Ravenna, Launch, Adrenaline GTS or PureFlow, among others. And from what we've seen and tested so far, it works.

Another of Brooks ' general lines is to create wider models, and with more space, in order to achieve greater stability. And the Ghost 9 is not the exception that proves the rule. The commitment to innovative technologies, to the detriment of giving the shoe's aesthetics a more attractive look, is more than evident. Most important new features of the Brooks Ghost 9

Among the new features of the Brooks Ghost 9 is its upper. Made with Engenieered Mesh, the mesh has more open parts, which contribute to greater ventilation, and other more closed parts that allow reinforced foot support. However, the Ghost 9 features a thin and light thermo-sealed upper structure, which replaces the synthetic straps of the Brooks Ghost 8.

The outsole of the Brooks Ghost 9 is hardly any different from its predecessor. Here, the multi-stud design (Omega Flex Groves)continues to be the protagonist to adapt perfectly to both asphalt and dirt roads. These reinforce its flexibility and grip.
