The American company claims that this third version of the aerodynamic Brooks Launch is designed for "non-stop running". To this end, the Launch 3 features the dynamic BioMoGo DNA cushioning system in the midsole, which adapts to both the speed and weight of the runner, providing great energy return (adaptive cushioning). A resource also used in other iconic models of the brand, such as the Ravenna 7.

The design of the metatarsal part contributes to faster transitions between the heel and forefoot, thanks to the Heel Segmented Crash Pad. This aspect is reinforced by the rubber in the toe area to enhance the momentum of the runner's stride.

In the sole of the Brooks Launch 3, the configuration does not change from the original models of this Brooks Running family, although it does include a new rubber in the forefoot area, improving the toe-off phase. Regarding the compound, HPR Plus is still used, which offers more resistance to wear.

Updated upper with 3D Fit Print

The update of the Brooks Launch 3 focuses on the upper. This model has a new ultralight upper, which draws attention to the application of the 3D Strectch Print Seamless system, present in models such as the Glycerin 13 and PureFlow 5 It is a thermosealed plastic mesh, seamless, and whose finish ensures a great fit and improves ventilation.

The change in the upper allows the Brooks Launch 3 to significantly reduce its weight, remaining at 274 grams, but still maintaining the 10-millimeter drop. This option is suitable for runners who heel, because it offers greater stability.
