The Brooks PureFlow 2 is one of the asphalt shoes that the American brand considers "minimalist or natural running" despite not being a pure minimalist shoe as it has cushioning throughout the sole and a drop of 4 mm. intended for neutral runners with medium plantar arch. Ideal for runners looking for a transition shoe towards mimalism or pure natural running. The Pure Flow 2 uses DNA cushioning and incorporates BioMoGo in the midsole that adapts the cushioning of the footprint to the biomechanics of each runner according to weight and speed, in this edition Brooks has improved the Nav Band ( flexible band that holds the foot around the arch / midfoot), and now has a better fit throughout the life cycle of the shoe. It has a 4 mm drop and features a single width as standard. A training shoe for up to 15 km at medium paces for neutral runners transitioning to pure minimalism. It is also a good option for speed training and competition in 5 to 10 km races.
