What are the expectations of the new Brooks Revel 7?

The Brooks Revel 7, a running shoe from Brooks, will have a slightly roomier upper than the current version to improve comfort and the technical mesh will provide us with greater breathability that will be appreciated especially in the hottest months of the year.

The midsole of the Brooks Revel 7 will surely feature the same compound as the Brooks Revel 6, the BioMoGO DNA, EVA foam that provides dynamic cushioning in our daily workouts without penalizing that reactivity and speed needed for those slightly faster paces.

One of the new features of the Brooks Revel 7 is the improved support and stability control in the heel of the shoe and, although it is not a shoe specialized in stability control, those runners with a slight tendency to pronation will also be able to take advantage of it.

As for the outsole of the Brooks Revel 7, traction and durability will be improved in this new version compared to the previous one, reinforcing those areas of greater contact with the surface, such as the front and the heel and a greater number of small lugs to improve grip.

The drop the Brooks Revel 7 will be one of the novelties, as it will be reduced by 2mm, from the current 10mm to 8mm in the new version, a drop more in line with current market trends in which a reduction of the drops of the daily training shoes is appreciated.
