The midsole of this new version is reinvented to create a new foam, the ARC Foam composed of a soft and responsive foam with inserts to perfectly activate the stride and make the shoe more responsive. In addition, the heel landing platform absorbs energy on heel strike while the forefoot launch platform ensures optimal energy return. But that's not all, the Craft X165 Engineered II features the X Support System, which provides great shock absorption and explosive toe-off.
