Also softer and more bouncy than its previous version, the revamp of this model uses a harmonious mix of foams, combining an incredibly soft and lightweight foam on top with another rubber foam just below . Thanks to this, the sensations we will get are a cushioned landing and a propulsive take-off .

The mesh upper provides breathability and freshness and fits perfectly to the foot as if it were a second skin. They also feature a reinforced heel counter to accentuate comfort mile after mile and a removable molded EVA sockliner.

The EVA rubber outsole provides greater rebound while ensuring the grip and traction needed for short distances or even half marathons on asphalt surfaces.

Although the Mach 4 does not use carbon fiber like the Rocket X and Carbon X, it is a versatile shoe that is very useful for any type of runner, as it allows you to perform a wide variety of workouts. Precisely because the Mach 4 has three basic characteristics, we can say that it is your ideal travel companion : cushioning, responsiveness and lightness.

In terms of technical specifications, this fourth version of the Mach from HOKA ONE ONE ONE has a 5mmdrop. The heel and forefoot heights vary slightly in these running shoes for men and women: slightly lower in millimeters in the women's model, with 27mm. in the heel and 22mm. in the forefoot; while in men, these heel heights correspond to 29mm. in the heel and 24mm. in the forefoot. Regarding its weight, as we are used to from the American brand, we are talking about a very light running shoe: 192 grams for the women's model and 232 grams for the men's version.
