You probably don't know much about the British company Inov-8 or you haven't even heard of it, but we can assure you that in the old continent it is giving a lot to talk about, becoming a tough competitor and placing itself almost at the same level of prestigious brands such as Salomon.
This X-Talon 190 model is specially designed for trail running and with them you can run on mountainous surfaces of all kinds. At only 190 grams, the result is a particularly light and flexible shoe, ideal for runners who want to push their all-terrain runs to the limit.
It is a minimalist, ultralight and flying type of shoe, suitable for athletes weighing no more than 75 kilograms. The lightness that characterizes the X-Talon 190 is achieved by means of a reduced drop of 3 millimeters and the upper, with a lightweight fabric to which a TPU and DWR coating has been applied to expel water outwards.
Movements inside the shoe are barely noticeable when running, whether on dirt tracks or rocky trails, as the fit is very precise. The outsole profile is quite flat with 7 mm lugs for good grip on wet and slippery surfaces.
As a racing shoe, it can be a good alternative for runners whose level is intermediate-high; for more experienced runners, with a higher level of demand and who need more performance, it could be useful as a training shoe.
