Inov-8 X-Talon 200

The most daring runners and those who like to try new experiences are in luck with the arrival of one of the latest models in the Inov 8 X-Talon range, the 200. A shoe designed to take part in obstacle races such as the Spartan Race or The Mud Day, to give a few examples.

The X-Talon 200 has some very definite hallmarks such as lightness, flexibility and traction. Designed for an experienced runner profile , and of medium-light weight, the X-Talon 200 is an ideal alternative for short and medium distances, adapting well to dirt, grass and even muddy terrain.

Like the X Talon 190 and 212 models, the 200 model also comes with a 3 drop. But, despite its low profile, this shoe stands out for providing optimal cushioning to the runner, and excellent grip. This last section, the grip, is enhanced by incorporating a sole with 43 deep multidirectional lugs, which increase traction.

Improved and more resistant upper

In addition, the X-Talon 200 is also notable for its standard cut, which favors a wider upper and more space for the toes, providing greater comfort and the possibility of covering more miles. Thus, its minimalist design requires prior acclimatization.

In the X-Talon 200 we have opted for a more resistant upper with the idea of prolonging the durability of the model, when it comes to overcoming all kinds of obstacles and running on any type of rough terrain.

It should also be noted that its toe cap is reinforced with a rubber toe cap to protect against impacts, making it a versatile and highly protective running shoe.

• Metaflex system. Incorporated in the sole in the form of a groove in the forefoot area, which allows a natural stride in each stride.
• Fascia Band. The outsole simulates the biomechanics of the plantar fascia, which contributes to faster and more efficient running.
• DWR (Durable Water Repellent) technology. It is a synthetic membrane, lightweight and resistant, which improves drainage.
• Rope-Tec system in the sole bridge for climbing over any obstacle.
• InjectedEVA midsole for a soft feel.
