Apart from its really reasonable price, the Joma Hispalis XIX stand out for being a rolling and stable running shoe that allows you to move at slower paces above 4:30 minutes per kilometer. This last interaction of the Hispalis is also suitable for running on asphalt and compacted soil with very good cushioning and a more supportive ride. So the philosophy of the Joma Hispalis XIX is still to be a training shoe for intensive and regular runs.
Compared to its predecessor model, these Hispalis XIX have a slightly narrower last, a thermo-sealed upper and an improved midsole with the most advanced technologies of the Spanish company, namely Blow Up.
The Joma Hispalis XIX features a dual-density midsole to reinforce the shoe' s cushioning and stability. The Phylon piece (yellow color) and the Blow Up material (white color). Phylon to stabilize the footprint, while the Blow Up is focused on increasing cushioning. It also includes the TPU piece as reinforcement, thus prolonging the durability of the Phylon.
As a novelty, these Joma Hispalis XIX also include the Glove System, whose mission is to reduce the weight of the model, but also to add extra comfort.
On the other hand, the upper of the Joma Hispalis XIXis made of Nylon, which reduces both the weight and the number of seams. It also includes the exclusive 360-degree system that fuses the upper and midsole.
This area of the shoe incorporates Jomas Sportech technology, an injected rubber material, which contributes to eliminating the entire network of seams, while adding extra comfort and lightness. All of this is combined with an improved fit and a notable increase in its flexing capacity.
In this sense, the upper of the rear area of the nineteenth release of the mythical Hispalis has been completely renovated for greater comfort and fit. While in the central area it offers more consistency with the idea of avoiding deformations.
The revolutionary Rebound technology, implemented for the first time in the Joma Storm Viper, is present in the Hispalis XIX, offering the rebound that is needed to favor the impulse in each run, in addition to reducing the weight of the shoe. In this way, this running shoe for neutral runners is lighter and more elastic, resulting in greater adaptability, cushioning, speed, resistance and comfort.
In addition, and as already seen in previous versions, the Joma Hispalis XIX also incorporates an important set of technologies in the sole itself:
In the technical specifications section, the Joma Hispalis XIX has a 12-millimeter drop and weighs 292 grams for the men's version and 329 grams for the women's version.
