The American brand has recently introduced the New Balance 610 V4, a trail running shoe for beginners in which comfort takes precedence over a higher running speed. A shoe for those who like to walk and jog in the mountains occasionally and whose main features are its versatility, lightness and comfort.

New Balance 610 V4 trail running shoe

Upper with good cushioning

The upper of the New Balance 610 V4 is constructed with a breathable mesh, seamless and with good padding both internally and in the ankle collar and tongue to enhance comfort and improve support, the latter aspect is reinforced by the use of flat laces.

flexible midsole

The midsole uses XLT technology to enhance the shoe's flexibility by using a uniform layer of foam in this part of the shoe. At the same time, cushioning is increased and the weight of this trail running shoe is reduced to 320 grams and a 12 mm drop.

Robust sole

As for the sole of the shoe is very firm and is divided into two symmetrical halves by a central groove in order to guide the tread and promote flexibility. The forefoot area is separated from the heel by a bridge, which includes the logo of the American firm, and whose function is stabilizing. The front and rear lugs are placed in reverse directions to improve traction on rough terrain and surfaces.
