Earlier this year the American firm New Balance launched the Fresh Foam Zante, a 6 mm drop, flying and silky smooth running shoe. Now it presents a new model in its running catalog that is marketed under the name of Vazee Pace, but is ultimately quite identical to the Fresh Foam Zante in the technical section. An extremely lightweight shoe, focused on neutral runners, with a 6 mm drop and a slightly thinner midsole compared to the Zante.
This New Balance Vazee Pace has an approximate weight of 212 grams in the men's model and 184 grams in the women's version. A shoe focused on long runs and daily workouts.
The upper of this shoe is made of a highly breathable and flexible mesh, seamless and with flat laces to avoid possible irritations. The design of the liner has been constructed in such a way that it wraps the foot better and provides better support.
As for the cushioning system used in this part of the shoe, it uses Revlite technology, which offers greater lightness and a more reactive response. On the other hand, its insole is removable.
A highly flexible sole, whose structure in the heel area, provides better traction and greater freedom of movement.
