Nike Air Zoom Structure 19

With its predecessor, the Structure 18, Nike Running made a difference in terms of reactivity, comfort and lightness. Now,the 19th version of this daily training shoe has been improved in terms of support and fit, offering a smoother and more stable ride.

The Nike Air Zoom Structure 19 once again combines the Dynamic Support system and the Nike Air Zoom unit to ensure optimal stability and responsiveness at high paces. Thus, the presence of Dynamic Support technology offers the possibility of supporting the foot in the impact zone, thanks to the triple density midsole, which also helps to reduce the degree of pronation. While the Air Zoom is incorporated in the forefoot to give the model a highly reactive low-profile cushioning, and make the runner vaya faster.

More support and better fit

The upper is the key to the Structure 19's improvements. Flymesh material provides ventilation and support where it's needed most. In addition, a thread has been added, which serves to reinforce the structure, but without losing any breathability.

In addition, Flywire cables, which are wider and flatter, have been strategically placed integrated into the laces to wrap around the midfoot, improving support and fit, like a sock.

As in the previous model, the Structure 19 still retains its grofe outsole design, which increases durability and traction on different surfaces. Also present is the rubber Crash rail on the lateral side, promoting a smooth and fluid transition. And the deep flex grooves tend to a more natural movement of the foot.
