Reactivity and propulsion are guaranteed with the carbon fiber plate which, in this new version, gains in amplitude and is also full length, thus offering great propulsion in each stride.
One of the new features of the shoe is the new outsole with Fast Shot technology that guarantees optimal traction and grip in a lightweight design. In the forefoot, the traction pattern radiates from the colored circles that indicate where the air pockets have been placed.
Nike Alphafly 3 Technical Specifications
In this section we highlight the weight of the shoe which, as we have previously mentioned is the lightest in the range, specifically weighing 220 grams in the men's version and only 176 grams in the women's version.
As for the drop, after much speculation, the shoe will have a drop of 8 mm, the same as the Nike Air Zoom Alphafly Next 2, with profiles below 40 mm.
