Nike Flyknit Lunar 3

The North American company has just launched the Nike Flyknit Lunar 3, a neutral shoe that is now in its third generation and this time is marked by its extreme lightness (224 grams for a foot size 44) and versatility, ideal for those who want to get started in the world of running as well as for those who want to run their first marathon. This renewed version has been designed with the aim of providing better support, greater breathability and more flexibility compared to the predecessor model.

Regarding the latest improvements introduced in this new Nike Flyknit Lunar 3 running shoe, its Lunarlon midsole stands out, which has been completely redesigned, along with a rubber outsole to promote a smooth and reactive ride. On the other hand, its Flyknit upper features a thicker fabric structure in the heel area to offer greater support and a more open fabric in the front area to promote ventilation and flexibility.

The Lunarlon midsole offers a lighter, more responsive ride made to meet runners' expectations. Meanwhile, its mapped outsole, based on foot strike pressure data, promotes a smoother transition. The resulting combination is a very lightweight, neutral shoe for a more natural and fluid stride.

In addition, the Nike Flyknit Lunar 3 features an ultra-lightweight supportive fit, combined with soft Lunarlon cushioning (10 mmdrop) so that any runner can enjoy a comfortable feel throughout the entire run.

The use of this technology has allowed this shoe to reduce the number of seams in the upper, making the Nike Flyknit Lunar 3 lighter and more seamless. In addition, for added support, Flywire cables have been fused with Flyknit fabric to ensure a secure and personalized fit.

The Nike Flyknit Lunar 3 is now available for purchase on nike.com in an exclusive colorway. Starting next March 5, the sneaker will be available in twelve colorways for men and women.
