Featuring a sole with only 3 millimeters of drop (difference between the height of the sole at the heel and toe), these shoes have diamond-shaped lugs to increase flexibility and cushioning at the toe, where most of the movements are performed in HIT (High Intensity Training).

Features

Primarily suitable for gym-based physical activities, including treadmill

Nike s Lunarlon technology offers additional cushioning while maintaining the shoe's lightweight and responsive ride.

HIT or High Intensity Training can be performed indoors or outdoors, and sometimes both types of space are combined in the same session.

Outlast® technology applied to the fabric lining the inner lining allows the temperature of the shoe to be regulated, helping to compensate for any excess heat or cold on the feet.

The lightweight and durable single-mesh material protects the shoe when sprinting in light rain or doing push-ups in muddy parks, while allowing sweat to be wicked away to keep feet dry and comfortable.

In addition, the intensive traction design of the outsole offers excellent grip on different surfaces. The Swoosh is visible in low-light winter conditions.
