The latest version of the Puma Fast-Trac Nitro 3 is now available, a trail running shoe from the German multinational company that stands out for its great versatility and which incorporates interesting new features to adapt to a wider profile of trail runners.
The Puma Fast-Trac Nitro 3 is a trail running shoe that allows us to run happily on a wide variety of terrains, from gravel trails, forest tracks and uncompacted surfaces.
Puma continues to expand the catalog of shoes designed for mountain running after being one of the brands with the most extensive running shoes catalog adapted to a wide profile of runners.
This new version improves performance with regard to the Puma Fast-Trac Nitro 2, improvements in different parts of the shoe that involve a leap in quality compared to the previous version.
The upper of the shoe has an ankle collar area with good padding that will allow us to run with greater comfort and adjustment of the foot inside the shoe.
The upper has a mesh that provides good durability and resistance. It is worth mentioning the novelty in the design of the shoe's pull tabs, as it has two pull tabs in the tongue area and one in the back to make it easier to put the shoe on and take it off quickly and easily.
The midsole has NitroFoam technology, improved in this aspect with respect to the previous version, it is a foam in which nitrogen gas is infused with which we have a better and softer cushioning while running in the mountains.
The sole changes in its entirety in this last version to gain versatility and grip in a greater typology of terrains with regard to the previous version.
The sole of the shoe features PumaGrip ATR technology that stands out for providing great traction, thanks in large part to the design and the strategic position of the 4 mm lugs along the entire sole.
This new version adapts to a wide profile of runners who like to run at medium paces, even fast ones if they are on trails and forest tracks with few technical difficulties.
It is a shoe that athletes of light or even medium weight (over 75 kilos) and with a neutral stride technique will be able to get the most out of.
In short, this is a version that substantially improves the shoe to provide greater versatility and agility in our training in the mountains.
