Made with an innovative and lightweight knitted fabric that provides breathability to the model, it also includes a reinforced tongue that reaffirms the feeling of comfort at all times.

Although the Salming EnRoute 3 is optimized for running on asphalt surfaces, its lightweight and durable rubber outsole will allow you to accumulate miles on any terrain, always with maximum comfort!

The Salming EnRoute 3 is a training running shoe with which you can complete the most demanding competitions at fast paces. Available in both the men's and women's versions, they ensure superb energy return stride after stride. Lighter than their previous versions and with a renewed upper cut, maximum comfort is guaranteed for working on all types of surfaces.

As for the technical specifications, they have a low drop of 6mm (forefoot: 18.5mm; heel: 24.5mm) and a light weight of 227 grams for men and 193 grams for women.
