The Saucony Endorphin Edge 2 will be a trail runningshoe that will present interesting new features compared to the previous version to provide greater reactivity and speed to the most technical and fast runners.

What are the expectations for the new Saucony Endorphin Edge 2?

Saucony s trail running range has been expanding over the last few seasons with the main objective of reaching the widest possible profile of runners, as is the case with this model aimed at the fastest runners in the peloton.

In the absence of official information from the brand and its specifications, we can already advance some new features that the shoe will present with respect to the first version of the Saucony Endorphin Edge.

The shoe will have a more accentuated rocker design and a higher relief to provide that extra reactivity needed to run fast, especially on mountain terrain with less technical difficulties and faster.

The new version will continue to feature a carbon fiber plate from one of the most prestigious companies in the manufacture of carbon fibers, Carbitex.

The midsole presents a modernized design, in line with the new Saucony Endorphin Pro 4 and, in the absence of official information, will continue to feature PWRUN PB technology that provides great cushioning and comfort in each of our strides.

The sole design has been improved with respect to the previous version in order to provide greater durability and grip. The PWRTRAC technology is present in the entire sole, with the line in the middle of the sole of the previous version disappearing. In addition, it still has the anti-rock plate that offers extra protection, also ideal for running fast and protected on the rockiest terrain.

Ideal profile of the Saucony Endorphin Edge 2

The profile of runners for whom the shoe is intended remains the same as the first version, medium weight runners with neutral stride technique and good running technique to take full advantage of the performance of the carbon fiber plate with which it counts.

It is a shoe that also stands out for its comfort, so that the middle and long distance are perfectly adapted to its characteristics and, on a wide range of terrains thanks to the great grip and durability of its sole, improved in this version.
