Saucony Guide 7 is a running shoe with maximum cushioning for runners who need to correct their pronation.
The Guide 7 shoe incorporates the 8mm "Geometry of Strong" concept. The new configuration is based on reducing the height difference between the heel and toe from 12mm to 8mm.
This reduction helps position the body in a more natural way, aligning and preparing quads, knees, calves and ankles to absorb impact less aggressively. This new midsole configuration causes impact to occur closer to the midfoot area of the shoe, thus avoiding excessive muscle and tendon strains.
The Guide 7 also features a dual-density midsole on the inner side for stability in the stance phase.
The new Full Lenght PowerGrid technology provides great cushioning throughout the foot, smoothing out the different phases of the foot strike.
The Saucony Guide 7 features a breathable Comfortride® sockliner for superior cushioning and antimicrobial properties to reduce odor.
Perfect for both daily training and competition, and highly recommended even for runners with neutral footsteps, as they will find additional support as the kilometers go by.
