For seven generations Saucony s successful Kinvara has maintained that philosophy of offering alow profile, highly versatile cushioning and lightweight design for faster running. And that combination of simple design and versatility is still present in the eighth installment of the Kinvara.
Thus, the Saucony Kinvara 8 inherits much of the performance of its predecessor, but the North American firm has introduced a series of small adjustments to try to improve the running experience with the Kinavara.
The Saucony Kinvara 7 already saw the introduction of the EVERUN compound in the heel. The feature continues in the Kinvara 8, albeit with a noticeable change, as this unique EVERUN material no longer only appears in the heel, but also extends throughout the entire insole. With this modification, the Saucony Kinvara 8 gains more consistent cushioning and greater energy return.
Another important new feature of the Saucony Kinvara 8 is in its upper, which has been completely updated. The American firm has opted to include the Engineered Mesh, which is reinforced with laser perforations and Sauconys Flexi Film overlays. This adds to the shoe's fit, flexibility and ventilation. It also offers the added security needed in a low-profile model.
On the Saucony Kinavara 8, the outsole remains unchanged, maintaining the new TRI-Flex configuration with its wide cleat. The TRI-Flex system contributes to minimize the impact, and also to increase the protection of the joints in each step.
