Year 2014

Trail running shoe that adapts to almost all types of terrain but has been overlooked by the great Saucony Xodus 4.

It stands out for having a drop of only 4 mm and because its weight has been reduced to 250 grams in a size 85 USA. As in other models of the brand, the Progrid cushioning unit in the heel has been replaced by the Powergrid, which improves shock absorption while providing less weight.

The outsole has also been changed with different studs with a different orientation of greater height, which will improve safety, traction and grip, and a protective plate has been added in the forefoot made of nylon fiber that protects without losing flexibility.

The upper is made with Flexfilm technology that improves support and also eliminates seams.

Target Audience:

Neutral runners up to 80 kg with good technique and used to running with low drops on all types of terrain and at fast paces. For its weight it is a very valid mixed for a large number of trail runners.
