The essence of the successful Skechers Performance GOrun family is still in force in its fifth version, as it is presented as an evolution of this emblematic saga of the American firm. A mixed shoe - suitable for both training and competition - whose main characteristics are no other thanlightness and speed, to which optimum cushioning and reactivity are also added.

As already seen in its previous version, the Skechers GOrun 4, this fifth release of the GOrun maintains the 4-millimeter drop, which favors a more efficient and smoother running experience. This new update of the Skechers GOrun 5 brings with it some outstanding new features:

Thanks to this new compound, this running shoe from Skechers Performance not only improves traction on various terrains, but also increases resistance in high-wear areas, thus providing greater durability.

• 5Gen Cushioning

The Skechers GOrun 5 includes a renewed 5Gen cushioning capability, which is an improved Resalyte foam in the midsole, which, in addition to increasing the cushioning and lightness of the model, is able to minimize impact, while offering greater momentum. All this translates into the Skechers GOrun 5 being a more reactive model than previous versions.

• GOknit fabric

The Skechers GOrun 5 features a seamless GOknit upper that provides support, security and a snug fit, while maintaining good breathability and a comfortable feel.

• Quick Fit System

A design also seen in previous Skechers Performance models, and that in the Skechers GoRun 5 returns as an additional piece in the heel counter, and that allows to put on this running shoe in a faster and easier way.

With all the changes included, the Skechers GOrun 5 has managed to reduce the weight of the model, staying at 212 grams for a size 9 USA. Thus, the Skechers Performance GOrun 5 maintains the line of that mixed sneaker, lightweight and ready to pick up the pace.
