The basic lines of the original model of the GOrun Forza, the first stability control shoe from the American manufacturer, are still valid in its second version, so the new Skechers GOrun Forza 2 provides superior stability and cushioning. Something that allows it to become a valid model to cover long training sessions, and even to execute those recovery exercises necessary after an intense and hard training.
There are not many changes in the Skechers GOrun Forza 2. In fact, they once again feature the successful upper, made of a single piece of sublimated air mesh. In addition, the overlays - heat-bonded - provide additional stability and breathability. However, the GOrun Forza 2 has managed to achieve a weight reduction and a notable improvement in the overall construction of the shoe, meeting the main demands that users made to Skechers with the first edition.
The midsole also features Skechers Performance's advanced 5Gen cushioning system. The material ensures a high amount of cushioning, and thus a more fluid and dynamic transition is enjoyed, while the model gains in reactivity.
Thanks to its lightness, it functions as a boost in the toe-off phase, which, together with a resistant medial element, ensures that the model maintains its level of control and protection against pronation. In this sense, the Midfoot Strike system ensures efficiency in every stride.
Another detail that should not be overlooked in the Skechers GOrun Forza 2 is that it has a molded heel counter, as well as an internal support strap, which ensures a flexible, secure and stable fit.
In addition, the outsole of the Skechers GOrun Forza 2 is made of a high-abrasion rubber compound, and extraordinarily durable.
In the technical specifications chapter, the Skechers GOrun Forza 2 have a drop of 8 millimeters, and weigh 294 grams.
