The Topo Athletic Pursuit 2 is a trail running shoe that continues with the essence of natural running of its predecessor and with a 0 mm drop that will delight runners who love to run in the most natural way possible.

Topo Athletic Pursuit 2 features and benefits

In June of this year, Topo Athletic presented the new Topo Athletic Pursuit 2, a model that, in this second edition, stands out for its elegance and versatility for comfortable running in the mountains.

The new version is more cushioned, more responsive and lighter than the Topo Athletic Pursuit, representing a step forward for one of the brand's most popular models.

The upper consists of a mesh made from recycled materials and a fabric that allows a great fit of the foot inside the shoe. The front continues to have a wide last that allows us to move our toes in a natural way.

The midsole maintains the same compound as the previous version, the ZipFoam compound, but now with an updated formula to provide a softer, more reactive and lighter tread.

The shoe incorporates in this new version an FKT insole, developed by the brand, which allows for quick drainage in wet conditions.

The shoe continues to incorporate the Vibram Megagrip outsole that provides great grip in a wide variety of mountainous terrain, regardless of whether we run on dry or wet terrain.

The new version of the shoe continues to focus on those runners who are looking for a more natural stride while running in the mountains, so it is advisable to have a good running technique to enjoy the features of the shoe.

Runners of medium or even heavy weight, with a neutral running technique and who like to run at medium and easy paces, will find the Topo Athletic Pursuit 2 to be one of their best candidates.

As for the distances that we can run with the shoes, between medium and long distance, they will more than adequately defend themselves to enjoy our mountain routes.

We are facing a shoe that, as mentioned above, will have a 0 mm drop and profiles of 28 mm along the shoe. In terms of weight, the new version has a weight of 297 grams in the men's version and 243 grams in the women's version.
