Under Armour makes good that saying "don't touch and keep betting on what works well". As it could not be otherwise, the American brand has resorted to that premise in its second version of the Charged Bandit, one of the best shoes for pronator runners in 2015. That is why the Charged Bandit 2 has as great novelties the reduction of weight, and improve the fit of the shoe. In this way, and with its 10 millimeters drop, the model goes from 292 grams to 280 grams, reinforcing the idea of greater lightness of the shoe.

The Charged Bandit, Micro G and Charged midsole materials are practically the same as the Charged Bandit. The Charged cushioning system is presented in two pieces, which provide more firmness in the heel area, and more softness in the forefoot, achieving a perfect combination of comfort and firmness for better performance. The cushioning section is reinforced with the Micro G molded insole, which also molds to the anatomical shape of the foot for improved fit, including a seamless inner heel cup.

Lightweight, ventilated and stretchy upper

The reflective mesh upper of the Under Armour Charged Bandit 2 provides lightness and good ventilation, while also excelling in elasticity. In addition, another nuance of this second version of the Charged Bandit is that the smooth seams, welded with Bemis tape through ultrasound, give greater support, but also improve contact with the skin. This translates into greater comfort.

The Under Armour Charged Bandit 2 also comes with an external heel reinforcement that gives the model extra support, and keeps the rearfoot in its natural position. The top of the heel features a high-abrasion rubber compound for increased durability.

To top it off, the Charged Bandit 2 incorporates a rubber outsole to improve contact with the terrain on which it runs. To this we must add the flex grooves, which provide extra flexibility at the points where it is most needed.

And finally, the Under Armour Charged Bandit 2 collection expands its catalog with two new versions: Night and Psychedelic for those runners who do not want to go unnoticed and run with a very personal style.
