Adidas New York

The Adidas New York is a model that caused a furor among the followers of the brand of the three stripes back in the 80s and is now back in fashion. This new rejuvenated style features designs from other vintage Adidas such as the Oregon and Atlanta. It's been a while since its origin in 1983, but the Adidas New York still retains those details that can take you back in time in just moments. Such as the design of the eyelets of the laces in the form of a ring, the mesh that wraps the midsole, known as Dellinger Web and that retro style silhouette that is so popular if it is accompanied by the three stripes.

The upper of the Adidas New York is constructed in mesh, to it are added nubuck reinforcements and a synthetic leather lining. The midsole is made of EVA and its rubber outsole reaches the end of the toecap obtaining a reinforcement function for the shoe. It also features an OrthoLite® technology insole that wicks away sweat and moisture to keep feet cool.

Adidas New York present in important collaborations

First this classic was reissued again in the Adidas X SPEZIAL collection by Gary Aspden in 2015, which paid tribute to Carlos, an Argentinian man who maintains a store in Mataderos County with numerous models of vintage Adidas sneakers trapped in time.

And later in 2017, as a collaboration with contemporary artist Daniel Arsham, the Adidas New York became a modernist sneaker in which the phrase "The Past Is Present" was engraved with ultraviolet ink, which could be appreciated with the ultraviolet light illumination.
