Since the 80s and for more than three decades, the ZX collection of the German brand has not stopped growing, being many differences between models, they have kept the same essence between them.

Like most Adidas models, it was first launched as a technical running shoe for long distances. Created by designer Jacques Chassaing, over the years, due to its casual yet modern style, it has ended up being the great conqueror of the most basic and stylish urban looks.

The retro style has been going strong these last seasons, the more vintage we like the more we like it, and the more special and less seen it is, the more we like it even more! Well, if you are one of those, the Adidas ZX 500 has to be in your closet, because this sneaker is probably one of the least known sneakers of the brand, and it can not be more retro and wearable.

Its upper made of a mix of breathable mesh and nylon is reinforced with nubuck leather, which gives that velvety touch that we like so much in a sneaker, as it brings softness and elegance along with the three classic Adidas side stripes.

As for its lower part, it is worth noting its EVA midsole, characteristic for its lightness and created for running shoes, makes the ZX 500 a comfortable, lightweight and durable model, perfect for everyday wear.

Already accustomed to the multiple collaborations of Adidas, the ZX 500 could not not not have its own. This time, this model has surprised us with a series idolized by most of the young people of the 90's, Dragon Ball Z. This one in particular is a tribute to Son Goku with its combination of blue and orange, characteristic of his warrior costume. On the other hand, the sneaker has more details typical of the series, such as the front and side in yellow mesh, which makes a nod to the moment in which Son Goku becomes Super Sayan or the blue details referring to the Kinto cloud and the Kanji symbol.
