It has been three years since the Nike brand released its own model of functional training shoes, and now finally comes the new model, the Nike Metcon 3. Although a priori it is a shoe designed for training, its careful design makes it fulfill the role of a sneaker to a thousand wonders.
The Nike Metcon 3 is made with a flat and resistant platform, which provides stability when training and walking. On the other hand, the new upper, made of mesh and embroidered TPU, is lighter, more flexible and breathable.
This new model has been designed with extra firmness in the heel area, while being more flexible and softer in the forefoot to provide greater cushioning. In addition, the lattice in the outsole offers greater resistance to abrasion, prolonging the life of the shoe.
