The Puma Rs-100 is another of the footwear with which the Puma brand has surprised us in 2018 by reissuing them straight from its archive. The footwear was originally released in the 1980s and to this day they show all the details they featured in the past. Now that the retro running Sneakers trend is having so much success the brand has incorporated several shoes of this style into its catalog such as the Puma Rs-0 and the Rs-350. All of them with IMEVA cushioning technology that improves the feeling of lightness and comfort in this type of footwear whose aesthetic section evokes the past.
Puma Rs-100: General characteristics
These sneakers are composed of a textile mesh upper and reinforced with synthetic leather overlays. It features a classic shoe construction with flat lace-up closure for a snug fit. For its cushioning, the IMEVA midsole has been used, which consists of an injection-molded ethylene-vinyl acetate compound. This cushioning technique improves on the old Running System used in running shoes in the past.
