ASICS FuzeX Country Pack

The ASICS FuzeX Country Pack is a signature edition of the shoe that combines a lightweight design with the best protection and cushioning. The result is a Running shoes that adapts perfectly to long training sessions, offering comfort for the sole of the foot and greater lightness in the transition of movements.

With a drop of 8 millimeters, these shoes are lower than regular training shoes; this feature makes the shoe offer a good surface feel, but at the same time keeps you high enough to allow a good level of cushioning.

Upper of the shoe

For the upper design of the ASICS FuzeX Country Pack, a layer of synthetic material has been placed over the entire lateral area of the shoe and serves as protection for the midfoot. This protector starts directly from the midsole and is incorporated into the lacing system, so that the runner can adjust the fit of the shoe according to his needs.

In the heel area, synthetic materials are also used in a corrugated design that gives better support to this part of the foot. All of these synthetic upper layers are thermo-sealed together, which keeps the use of seams to a minimum, providing a lighter shoe with fewer stitches that can cause irritation to the foot during prolonged use.

The internal ComforDry insole adds further comfort to the shoe and offers good impact response. In addition to this, the insole keeps moisture inside the shoe under control and offers increased breathability, so the foot will stay cool no matter how long the shoe is worn.

Midsole

Cushioning in these shoes is provided by Solyte material, a rubber compound that is lighter than traditional EVA rubber and SpEVA rubber, also designed by ASICS. But not only does it excel in lightness, it also offers improved cushioning and durability.

During foot contact with the ground, energy is better distributed through this compound, ensuring a smoother transition between the heel and the
toe cap.

Cushioning is complemented by fuzeGEL technology, a silicone-based material inserted in the heel area, which provides
greater protection when the runner tends to make contact with the surface using this part of the foot first. As part of the shoe's design, small windows have been placed on the outside of the midsole to allow the fuzeGEL to be seen and also provide better aesthetics.

Outsole

The soles are made of a highly abrasion-resistant rubber compound. One of the most important points for ASICS is to guarantee a comfortable run, making its shoes adapt more naturally to the movements of the foot. This is why the soles feature flex grooves that are distributed both horizontally and vertically, which improves the stride by facilitating progression between each section of the foot.

The ASICS FuzeX Country Pack shoes adapt well to different types of surfaces and remain comfortable even on long runs. Their medium drop and light weight also make them faster than training shoes, while the structure of their upper offers the foot good support and protection.
