Year 2015

Asics has just presented the fourth version of the Fuji Attack model, a shoe with versions for women and men that is focused on trail training and races of up to 40 or 50 kilometers for runners with neutral footstep who are looking for a fast and technical mountain shoe.

This Asics Gel Fuji Attack 4 stands out for its lightness, thanks to its 315 grams of weight in the male model, offers greater control in technical areas and allows you to enjoy high paces in the mountains. Its drop is 10 mm.

Upper

This shoe follows the continuity of its predecessors with very few changes. The main change is in its upper. Composed of mesh and synthetic leather, you will find on the sides a series of leather ribs that come together in the lacing providing a better fit, this system is called California Slip Lasting by Asics. On the other hand, it provides optimal stability and comfort thanks to a surface of EVA material that is sewn to the upper and attached to the midsole. It also includes a practical system called Pocketlace to store the laces in the tongue.

Midsole

Asics Gel technology has been implemented to provide greater cushioning and impact reduction , allowing you to run more safely for longer periods of time. In addition, the entire midsole incorporates Solyte material to provide greater protection to the shoe in all types of surfaces and thus be able to extend the life of the shoe.

Outsole

It features a wide variety of lug styles for the most technical terrain and for greater grip. AHAR+ technology helps reduce excessive wear and offers greater durability in the heel and toe area. The Rock Protection Plate system protects the foot when running on rocky surfaces by preventing unwanted lateral movement.
